Relaxation

WOW! Claire and I had such a FAB weekend. We went to a Spa for the weekend. We were well and truly pampered, and we're well and truly relaxed. It was all due to my mum saying that she would pay for me and a friend to go to a spa when I passed my PGCE, so mum, Claire and I would love to say a massive THANK YOU!!
How does the girl who goes to football matches and hurls abuse at football players go with the girl that goes to spas, gets manicures, pedicures and facials?

Having seen the nasty injury Mr Wotton (captain of Plymouth Arygle) got on Saturday, I want to wish him a speedy recovery, and lets hope he's not out for too long, and it's not the career ending injury some people think it is. However, in the mean time, he will be missed.

Day trip to Brum!

So Saturday saw Kev, me and prob around 2000 other Argyle fans making the trip to Birmingham, and more specfically St Andrew's. I met up with Kev, and a few of his mates (a few of who I had seen before at Coventry). We took the pub route to the ground, which was fab - with me never having to buy a round! (the joys of being the only girl with a group of lads!) Unfortunatley we kinda lost 3-0, but hey it was a good day out.
The ground itself was ok (have updated the leader board), nothing special considering they were in the Premiership for a few years. At least their fans were making some noise, which can't be said for all the grounds I've been to.
