Embrace, Barnsley and Chris Moyles
So Claire and I went over to Leicester on Monday to see Embrace. They were FANTASTIC! We had such a fab time, except that it meant getting back at about midnight. However, that aside, they were brilliant. It was a fab way to celebrate my birthday.

On Tuesday, Dad and I went up to Barnsley to watch them against the Argyle boys. This was the first time that I had been to Oakwell. It was a pretty decent stadium, definitely lacking in atmosphere - but then it was a Tuesday night so there weren't that many people there. I give it a 6.5/10. At some point so I'll do a leader board of all the grounds that I have been to. Again this was a pretty late night, getting back around midnight. The game itself was good. Argyle should have won (um, how many times have I said that before) but in the end it was a 2-2 draw.
Today - well today was so cool. Chris Moyles was doing a book signing in Peterborough. I decided to queue up at get him to sign my copy, which he did. He seemed a really nice guy, friendly and chatty, shaking hands with every one, thanking them all for coming.

Now I am just waiting for something really exciting this weekend - details to follow.
