Joys of Sat Nav!

Mum decided that we needed to buy a generic Sat Nav system, so we did. It is fab. No longer will I faf about with maps, getting stressed about not knowing where to go, particularly when it's just me in the car. It will change the route if you go wrong, or can't turn down a road that it wants you to, generally without shouting at you to turn around, which is just brilliant. It is really useful for me, as I'm driving around to different schools, in different towns, where I haven't been before, and don't really know where I'm going. I can now arrive nice and relaxed, whereas I could arrive stressed (just ask Owen!)
The only thing is, that it doesn't think the part of the road I live on exists, so if I go a particular route it does actually try to get me to turn round.
Now it's like - how did we cope with just maps, and we've only had it a week!
